McDougall Welcomes Hailey Cole as Associate Counselor

ROCHESTER, N.Y., June 25th, 2026 — McDougall Communications announces the hiring of Hailey Cole as an associate counselor.

In her role, she supports McDougall Communications in developing and executing integrated communications programs that help organizations across healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. Her work contributes to the firm’s broader efforts to deliver research-driven strategy, media relations, and content development that advance client goals across a range of industries.

Prior to joining McDougall Communications, she served as manager of fundraising events at the Al Sigl Foundation, where she led community engagement initiatives and fundraising efforts throughout the Greater Rochester region.

A graduate from the State University of New York at Fredonia, Cole earned earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Communications Studies in May 2024. During her undergraduate years, she was a member and president of Applied Communication Association, a student-run communications organization that collaborated with the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA).

Cole is actively involved in the public relations profession and the Rochester community, serving on the Young Professionals and PRism Awards committees for the PRSA Rochester Chapter and as an advocate for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Outside of work, she teaches dance to children ages 3 to 12 at Platinum Dance Company in Rush, N.Y.
