Wendy Boyce of McDougall Communications Joins Joint Board of The Community Place and Charles Settlement House

ROCHESTER, N.Y., March 2, 2026–Wendy Boyce, Associate Director at McDougall Communications, has joined the joint Board of Directors for The Community Place of Greater Rochester and Charles Settlement House.

The Community Place and Charles Settlement House are neighborhood-based nonprofit organizations serving northeast and northwest Rochester. Together, they provide comprehensive services that support children, youth, families, and seniors. This includes youth development programs, family support services, food assistance, senior programming, and community engagement initiatives that help strengthen neighborhoods across the city.

“I’m honored to be part of the board for two organizations that play such a vital role in Rochester's neighborhoods,” said Boyce. “The Community Place and Charles Settlement House provide critical resources and opportunities for individuals and families, and I look forward to supporting their continued growth and impact.”

As a board member, Boyce will help guide strategic planning, governance, and community outreach efforts for the affiliated organizations, which operate under a shared administrative structure while maintaining distinct programming tailored to their respective communities.
